Healthworks Family Medicine has a team of highly qualified and dedicated providers. Our providers are board-certified and are here to care for you and your family at every stage of life.

J. Kyle Turnbo, MD, MPH, FACOEM

Dr. Turnbo is board certified in Occupational, Preventative, and Family Medicine. He has an undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry and earned his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He completed his master’s degree in public health at Purdue University and has completed an occupational medicine residency in the Department of Emergency Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Kinchen, MD, CAQ-SM

Dr. Andrew W. Kinchen is a graduate of Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. He completed his Family Medicine Residency and Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, South Carolina. He specializes in the non-operative care of athletes and non-athletes alike in hopes of keeping people active in their daily lives. He is particularly enthusiastic about sideline event coverage and ultrasound-guided diagnoses and interventions.

Healthworks Family Medicine | Dr. Nicole Turnbo

Nicole Turnbo, CPNP-PC

Nicole is a Kansas University School of Nursing graduate and has 23 years of experience in pediatric primary care, pediatric intensive care, and neonatal nursing.  She completed her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training at Vanderbilt University in 2021, where she graduated at the top of her class.

Scott Harp, PA-C

Scott Harp is a graduate of  Eastern Kentucky University’s Emergency Medical Care Program and the University Of Kentucky’s Physician Assistant Program.  Scott has been a Physician Assistant in Paducah since 1992. He has worked with Dr. Turnbo since 2008. He has an extensive background in EMS, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, Occupational Medicine, as well as General & Vascular Surgery.

Rachel Crowley, PA-C

Rachel Crowly graduated from Murray State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Minors in Business and Chemistry.  She graduated from the SIU Carbondale Physician Assistant Program in 2008. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Rachel has worked with HealthWorks Medical for seven of the thirteen years she has been practicing medicine.   She is a native of Graves County where she continues to live with her husband, Jeremy, and two sons, Jaxon and Eli.

Kayla Henson, APRN

Kayla Henson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Murray State University and was board certified as Family Nurse Practitioner in 2008. She primarily works in family medicine and has worked with Dr. Turnbo since 2014. Kayla resides in Fancy Farm with her husband and the couple’s three sons.
